Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as final sale

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
